Aveda Visit
Hello Again! I've been really under the weather lately which set me back a post or two, But don't worry I'm getting caught up, I recently got invited to take a tour at the Aveda institute in Las Vegas & experience a full Aveda Institute treatment by a student, In my case it was a facial. Now at this point I've only had one other facial in my entire life, I guess it wasn't that fab since I didn't go for a second, BUT all this changed at my Aveda visit. We were able to take a tour of the school, which gave me flashbacks of my childhood of when I thought I wanted to be a hairdresser......Really cool environment and real cool message, The mission at Aveda is simple, Leave feeling better, than the way you walked in. In my case they succeeded, OK, so lets review the facts.....1. I was getting over being sick 2. this was only the second time I ever had a facial.....Outcome? I left feeling super relaxed! My facial wasn't just a facial, it was an experience! The Student I got, Jasmine was first off, very nice & inviting....Along with the 60 MIN facial, you get a foot bath before they start , and a hand or foot massage before you finish!
Guys all of this for just $40, I mean I don't blame you if you've stopped reading this in order to book your appointment! I will definitely be back, not just for a facial, But a hair color or trim! I was really impressed, my first facial was at one of the strip hotels, and I never went back, so that tells you everything! They also have a huge selection of beauty products, I did get a couple of things, I'll have to try and then let you know my thoughts! Anyway, if your in Vegas...Check it out, It's totally worth it!
